I also have full Microsoft Office 2003.
How can I start writing on my computer?

In the Microsoft Windows Start menu, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
Double-click Text Services.
Click on the Language bar.
Select Allow the bar to the box office.
Click OK, click OK.
Then, in an Office program (Word), click the language indicator in the status line of the taskbar in Microsoft Windows, then click Show the Language bar.
