I tried to find different places, parts and tires. Does anybody know where I can not really expensive pieces of good quality tires, etc. accecories'm tried to do this project with my son, he is grateful for any information. Thank you!

Sorry, but there are two words in the English language that does not do together - "cheap" and "quality". You have one or the other. But not both. The claims are made otherwise, but get more money, better product. If you do not find "cheap" sites, because it costs money to do these things. Do you really want your child to "tire" cheap to run, could burst and a serious accident? It is better to wait to buy the best parts to make it cheaper than you'll regret it.
Ive seen a lot of tractors and mowers sides have go-kart parts, for some reason
eBay is a good place.
