Texas culinary schools and other culinary ed. questions? - culinary academy of austin
What are the various culinary schools Texas, Texas Culinary Academy (Austin), Art Institute (Dallas), Le Cordon Bleu (Dallas), and the CIA (San Antonio)? I am also looking for a partner in the culinary arts, not only the certificate! N "Search this site" link please .... Most of them big names (and money) schools that know me!
There for all employers in the culinary arts: Why do more? The school is * really * matter or is it the experience and / or personality, drive, etc.?
What are the main education (or other) factors is always a personal chef? Average personal chefs in Central Texas?

Since I am not in Texas, I can not answer all your questions, but I address the last part of it:
When submitting a resume, a perspective client and see that he was trained and certified in Le Cordon Bleu, I get the job, hands down ......
Working for 3 families in this period an average of $ 175,000.000 per year, with premiums and 401 (k) bonus ....... Yes folks, it was enough, the special needs for cooks, and my training in AML, although has paid dearly for themselves accessed 100 times. All the best ........
